Service Description

Working at home sounds ideal, but comes with many stressors and so it is key to keep moving and dedicate some time to yourself, for yourself.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason a session needs to be cancelled by you or the personal trainer, a minimum of 24 hours notice will be required. If less than 24 hours notice is given the session will be charged in full. If the late cancellation is caused by the trainer then you will either be refunded the full price of the session or offered a free session, in lieu, at your convenience.
